A value-added program, the Teacher Leader Master of Arts in Education (TLP) degree at ºûµûÖ±²¥ is designed for the working professional. Our program is 100% online, flexible, and affordable, making it more convenient than ever to advance your education.

Aligned with the Teacher Leader Model Standards, the ºûµûÖ±²¥ TLP curriculum includes opportunities for action research, job-embedded professional growth, and relevant field experiences focused on classroom, school, and/or district-specific data and resources.
