The University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine hosts a variety of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events each year on our campus. These CME activities include the annual Continuing Medical Education and Alumni Weekend event, the Annual Pediatrics Symposium.
The Annual CME and Alumni weekend event is typically held in September of each year. KYCOM has hosted this event on our campus since 2009. It is a three-day event with multiple activities including, the CME event, Founders Dinner, John A. Strosnider Memorial Lecture, and the KYCOM alumni reception.

General Meeting Information
This year鈥檚 event will offer both virtual viewing and live in-person sessions on the 蝴蝶直播 campus.
CME courses will be offered Friday-Sunday. Anticipated 19.50 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credit, applied for AAFP accreditation.
Program Theme: Primary Care in Appalachia: A Passion for Prevention
KYCOM hosts an Annual Pediatrics Symposium each year on our campus. The symposium offers education on various pediatric topics given by multiple Pediatric experts with collaboration between the University of Kentucky and KYCOM. This event is also part of the clinical didactic curriculum for the OMS-II Pediatrics course at KYCOM.
